Lifetime Warranty

 

Effective Date: July 10th, 2024.

At iAccessoryHub, we emphasize superior design and durable materials. We guarantee that our products will be free from material and manufacturing defects under normal usage for the product's lifetime. Our Lifetime Warranty covers items currently in production and sold by us starting on July 10th, 2024.

Exclusions from the Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic damage
• Damage caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, or shock
• Improper use or storage
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Additionally, products not purchased from iAccessoryHub.com or an authorized iAccessoryHub reseller are not covered. The Lifetime Warranty is void for discontinued products as of their discontinuation date. While we take pride in the quality of our products, we cannot provide a Lifetime Warranty for discontinued items due to potential difficulties in sourcing parts or providing replacements.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, customers need to submit a photo or video of the defective product for review at support@iaccessoryhub.com. If approved, a free replacement will be provided, though customers must cover the shipping and handling costs.
